At CAMILLA AND MARC, we offer a seamless return process for all full-priced items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless deemed faulty.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your garments in the original shipping box or a secure satchel, ensuring all original designer packaging and tags are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your return to our warehouse.
